Payments for each appointment can be made through Headway using debit, credit card, or ACH transfer. We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel an appointment, please let us know in advance to avoid any fees. For last-minute cancellations or no-shows, a fee may apply. Our providers check voicemail messages during regular business hours and will return your call as soon as possible. If you leave a message outside these hours, we will get back to you the next business day.
